HOW WILL I RECORD MY FOOD?
You can use My Fitness Pal or Cronometer, or even a paper diary if you prefer.
DO I NEED TO WEIGH MYSELF?
I prefer for you to use a measuring tape not scales, because the scales do not show the composition of body fat/muscle, muscle weighs more than fat so you can drop a clothes size but still weigh the same on the scales.
CAN I STILL HAVE TREATS, LIKE CHOCOLATE?
You can have things you enjoy in moderation, it doesn’t mean ‘giving everything up’ that you enjoy, or cutting out major food groups because this isn’t sustainable.
IF I HAVE A QUESTION DURING MY PLAN BUT MY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT ISN’T DUE, CAN I CONTACT YOU?

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can use the online calendar which shows appointments available for the next 2 to 3 weeks.
I AM ON MEDICATION, IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO START A NEW NUTRITION REGIME?
It is important you check with your Dr when changing your diet, especially if you have any conditions or are on medication. It is your responsibility to check that your medication does not interact with any foods or supplements that you are going to try. At KS nutrition, we are not registered dietitians and we do not diagnose illnesses.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay via the online payment function when booking your programme.
DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?
A full consultation is part of the programme. We offer an initial chat via phone, chat function on the site or email to talk about your requirements and to determine if what we offer suits your needs.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE CONSULTATIONS?
We offer consultations via zoom or telephone if you prefer. If you live within a 20 mile radius of Swindon  (Wiltshire, UK) we can arrange to have a consultation at a suitable venue between our locations.
HOW MANY FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS ARE INCLUDED?
The number of follow up meetings will depend on which programme you sign up for, please see the pricing page for more information.
